At PLNTD, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Used or damaged items caused by improper use
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different colour or variation, please contact us and we will assist where possible, subject to stock availability.
